IFM安全光栅视觉软体把不同的图案转化成光栅线数，利用光栅折射的原理，在不同的角度呈现出不同的图案，如右图所示，不同规格的光栅会有不同的折射效果与折射角度，观赏距离也会有所不同，所以在设计光栅效果图档的时候，必须先了解光栅才能设计出符合光栅特性的设计图。
